General Policy:

AdvertisingandSelling.nets general policy is to act as a provider of url tracking system. AdvertisingandSelling.net reserves the right to suspend or cancel a Clients access to any or all services provided by advertisingandselling.net when the Exchange decides that the account has been inappropriately used. AdvertisingandSelling.net forbids anyone from using our services for tracking any URLs that contain anything illegal. This includes pornographic, racist, abusive, or anything that may possibly offend.Using Multiple Browsers or Autosurf Software is Prohibited,and is means for account termination or suspension without notice and all commissions forfeited.Commissions will be forfeited without notice if any member is suspected of any afore mentioned offences.

Payment Policies and Account Cash Deposits:

Client agrees to pay all charges relating to the use of Clients account(s) according to rates and prices stated on said sales order at the time of commencement. All accounts are set up on a pre-pay basis, with no refunds. AdvertisingandSelling.net reserves the right to change prices at any time. Payments are presently set up to be paid via PayPal. Once You Have Made A Deposit To Your Account Cash, That Is Considered "Services Rendered" and No Refunds Will Be Issued.

Cancellation:

All fees paid in advance of cancellation will be forfeited. No Refunds Will Be Issued.

Right To Refuse Service:

AdvertisingAndSelling.net reserves the right to cancel service at any time to anyone for any reason, without refunds. We enforce this policy to ensure a professional environment for the users of our system.

Lawful Purpose:

Clients that use our system for illegal activities will have their account(s) immediately cancelled without refund of any fees. This applies to paid and free accounts. Client hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless AdvertisingAndSelling.net for any claim resulting from the use of illegal materials.You agree to waive your rights and agree to arbitration.

Password Protection:

Client is responsible for all use of their Clients account(s) and confidentially of password(s). AdvertisingAndSelling.net will not be responsible for lost, stolen or otherwise compromised passwords.

Disclaimer:

AdvertisingandSelling.net will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. AdvertisingandSelling.net cannot and does not exercise any control whatsoever over the information passing through its network or through the Internet. AdvertisingandSelling.net reserves the right to revise its policies at any time. Client understands that AdvertisingandSelling.net services may be interrupted for several reasons, including but not limited to: malfunctions, maintenance, improvement or other problems out of our control. Client understands that it may not receive advance notification of any such interruption of service. Anytime we have a scheduled outage, Client will be notified in advance via e-mail. AdvertisinAndSelling.net shall not be liable for any delay in or failure to perform the services caused by circumstances entirely beyond its control such as those occasioned by acts of God or other causes or which it could not have reasonably foreseen or any other cause which similarly impedes the providing of service.If a dispute arises you agree to waive your rights and agree to arbitration.
